Hearings Manager

Operating in the Palace of Westminster since 2014, Hearings Manager is an open source product enabling the switch to full electronic presentation of Documents, Maps, Plans, Images, Audio and Video recordings. It has been designed to support Hearings, Tribunals, Courts and any other environment where the display of material has to be controlled and audited.

Cost Savings: Full electronic presentation of digital material and case information to large screens, laptops, tablets and phones reduces costs and removes delays by eliminating dependencies on paper and photocopiers. Corrections and key updates to documents can be executed rapidly, and distributed in a tightly controlled manner. 

Ease of Use: Working with the Chairperson or with Advocates, the Operator accessees the digital material from the secure cloud, and controls what is displayed via a dual screen laptop, giving full control over how material is presented. 

Proven in the most demanding environment: Over the past two years, Hearings Manager has helped our lawmakers in the Commons and Lords migrate from a deep-rooted, paper based process into a simple and functional digital world - a world which they have fully embraced.
